We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the liaison between our potential clients and sales/account management team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential partners of hosco and organising meetings for appropriate executives to follow up and close. Requisitos: - Perfil comercial con experiencia previa en venta telefónica, valorable sector hotelero. - Dominio (C1) de alemán e inglés, u holandés e inglés (se realizará prueba de idiomas). - Conocimientos de ofimática, valorable conocimientos SAP (se realizará prueba de ofimática). - Disponibilidad para realizar turnos rotativos de 8:00 a 00:00 de lunes a domingo con dos días de descanso consecutivos. - Capacidad para gestionar reservas a través de email, chat o voz, tanto de particulares como de grupos Funciones: - Recepción de llamadas internacionales de toda la cadena NH y realización de reservas - Gestionar llamadas entrantes e emails o chat - Promocionar a los huéspedes del mercado alemán/holandés/, grupos de familias y amigos, la información solicitada de los hoteles y sus servicios, gestionar cross-selling y up-selling a fin de poder superar las expectativas del cliente - Gestionar reservas de habitaciones Condiciones: - Contrato inicial a través de ETT 3 meses + 3 meses y posteriormente posibilidades reales de incorporación a la plantilla del cliente. - Primer mes de formación presencial en Madrid remunerada y bajo contrato; después, posibilidad de teletrabajo desde cualquier parte de España aunque existe la posibilidad de que seas convocado para trabajar en Madrid en determinados momentos a lo largo de tu contrato (los gastos de alojamiento, manutención y desplazamientos no están incluidos). - Flexibilidad en el contrato: puedes optar por trabajar 16 horas, 20 horas o 40 horas semanales según tu disponibilidad. - Opción de turno de tarde fijo, aunque no de mañanas. - Salario de 14,23 euros brutos la hora. - Compensación con días de vacaciones si trabajas en festivos. - Se proporciona todo el material necesario para desarrollar el puesto: portátil, cascos, cargador y cable adaptador Si estás interesado en formar parte de un equipo dinámico y en un entorno de trabajo flexible, ¡no dudes en postularte!
