THE ROLE Legends Global is seeking a Project Manager to act as the operational bridge between Legends and Real Madrid across eCommerce, digital transformation, and retail technology initiatives. This role is accountable for end‑to‑end project governance, stakeholder alignment, delivery timelines, and risk mitigation across a complex, multi‑market, multi‑system environment. What We Can Offer Childcare vouchers Comprehensive health insurance with Aegon Company support for sporting activities Pension scheme with Generali Flexible hybrid work setting allowing up to 52 days a year to work from home Pluxee restaurant card Key Responsibilities Own delivery of cross‑functional retail projects and initiatives between Legends and Real Madrid, including new store launches, store renovations, technology implementation, e‑commerce and omnichannel initiatives, operational transformations, loyalty programs, seasonal campaigns, etc. Define project scope, success criteria, and KPIs. Build and manage detailed project plans (timeline, budget, resource allocation). Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed scope. Maintain executive‑level visibility across milestones, risks, and financials, and drive structured communication (in English and Spanish) between internal Legends teams and Real Madrid stakeholders. Establish scalable governance frameworks to support future programme expansion. Facilitate weekly governance calls and executive steering committees. Track project budgets and resource utilization. Identify and manage delivery risks (technical, operational, regulatory). Implement best‑in‑class PMO standards across the programme. Create clear RACI matrices across Legends and Real Madrid teams. Maintain centralized documentation (roadmaps, requirements, test plans, release notes). Drive continuous improvement in cross‑company collaboration. Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Training or supporting cross‑functional teams during implementation. About You Experience in retail project management, including digital commerce and retail technology. Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet. Demonstrated experience working with high‑profile or global brands. Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness. Experience operating in matrixed, international organizations.
