Head of Growth – Mobile Social Sports & Gaming We’re partnering with a fast-growing mobile social sports & gaming startup that combines casual free-to-play gameplay with a sweepstakes-based real-money model. With exclusive partnerships across major sports leagues and a rapidly expanding audience, this company is uniquely positioned to capture a large, underserved market. You’ll join a high-performing team with multiple successful game launches, tens of millions of downloads, and deep expertise in mobile and real-money gaming. As Head of Growth , you’ll own acquisition, activation, monetisation, and early lifecycle optimisation. Develop and execute growth strategies across paid acquisition, organic channels, affiliates, influencer marketing, and in-product virality. Define acquisition goals, budgets, KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and build dashboards to track performance. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Analytics teams to optimise funnels (onboarding, retention, upsell). A/B tests, landing page and funnel optimisation, and channel experiments. Manage ROI optimisation across all channels and drive brand partnerships and co-marketing opportunities. Report to senior management with insights, results, and recommendations. 5+ years in growth, user acquisition, or performance marketing in gaming, mobile, or online sweepstakes/real-money environments. ~ Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. ~ Experience with influencer strategy, creative production, and brand/partnership deals.
