This role requires a strong operational mindset, leadership presence, and a continuous focus on service quality, profitability, and team development. Direct report to the F&B Director. Key responsibilities: Operational Excellence & Guest Experience · Ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and minibar. · Conduct daily departmental tours and inspections to guarantee cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations. · Monitor guest satisfaction indexes, revenue goals, costs, and quality indicators, taking corrective action when necessary. · Ensure that all operations align with hotel standards and brand philosophy. · Support and participate in internal and external audits to achieve quality objectives and continuous improvement.
