Reception Caddy Master Greenlife Golf Club: Job description: · supports the smooth and effective day to day running of all golfing activities · consistently focus on delivering an exceptional experience. Assist in leading the proshop and outside golf operations to ensure high team morale and an elevated level of customer service · Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests of Golf Club · Maintains accurate records of golf & hotel bookings and sales as long as special guests requirements · Provides assistance to any customers renting golf courses · Performs opening and/or closing duties as required. · Clear communication with the outside operations team ensuring they are aware of the days play and any special requirements or areas to focus on · Display excellent customer service to initiate a positive atmosphere for guest relations · Prepare necessary and relevant reports required · Establish guidelines for golf operations; expectations and parameters · Oversee the golf shop retail operation, reviewing purchased products, managing inventory levels and promotions · Liaise with suppliers ensuring good value for money, approves and oversees orders, supplies associated with golf activities · Manage the golf operations policies, procedures, controls and fee structures to ensure the safekeeping of assets and resources · Conduct necessary performance appraisals with relevant golf team staff · Willing to perform other duties as assigned or required by the managemen · Manage golf related systems to ensure best possible client journey · Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the management and collegues · Display excellent customer service to initiate a positive atmosphere for guest relations · Assist in administering all of sales application revisions and needs as it applies to green fee sales, merchandise sales, and member/guest billing. · Promotes all club golf activities. · Assist with maintaining a clean, orderly, and well-stocked golf shop. · Assist with maintaining proper records and billing of storage · Follows established opening and closing procedures. · Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. · Performs other duties as required. · Regular and reliable attendance. Knowledge, Skills, & Traits: · Must be motivated to thrive in the golf industry · Experienced in written and oral business communication · Experienced in computer user including Microsoft Word, Excel. Estamos buscando un camarero de sala para cafetería en campo de golf consolidado en la zona de Marbella. Tu principales funciones serán: -Ofrecer atención directa al cliente de origen nacional y extranjero en el consumo de alimentos y bebidas, llevando bandeja y gestionando las incidencias con cocina. -Montaje y desmontaje de los servicios: preparación y organización de mesas y sillas, etc. -Tareas propias del oficio de camarero. Requisitos mínimos: -Inglés a nivel de conversación en hostelería con el cliente directo. -Capacidad de trabajar en equipo con el resto de compañeros e integrantes de la cocina. -Empatía con el cliente. Que ofrecemos: -Turnos intensivos de 8 horas de lunes a domingo, con 2 días de descanso. -Contrato indefinido una vez pasado el periodo de pruebas. -Buen ambiente de trabajo.

1. Elaboración y preparación de los platos y alimentos que componen la carta. 2. Control de la conservación de los productos a usar en cocina. 3. Recepción de pedidos de alimentación y productos generales de cocina, verificando la fecha de caducidad y que sean entregados en perfecto estado. 4. Colaborar con el resto de personal para mantener las instalaciones limpias, ordenadas y acordes a los estándares de calidad de la empresa.
