Buscamos profesional con experiencia previa en el puesto, con conocimiento de barra y coctelería a poder ser y disponible a realizar tareas de soporte de sala. Buscamos una persona con actitud, don de gentes y nivel de inglés intermedio imprescindibles; con disponibilidad horaria de turnos y jornadas. Under the guidance of the Head Bartender, you'll be a key player in crafting our awesome beverage lineup and making our place a total hit. Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. To prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards. To be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes. Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly. To strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage. Know your product & systems inside out. To prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties. Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.
