We're looking for a young travel lover receptionist **The hostel: Located in the center of Barcelona, a young backpackers environment with people all around the world. **The job: some young and friendly person, someone who enjoys being attentive to others and giving always the best experience to all our guests. **What do you need? Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Being proactive, dynamic, and ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic, and enjoying being in a backpacker environment. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. NIE, Seguridad Social Number, and Spanish bank account. **How is a work week like?: it's 6 days of labor and next 2 days off, which means that your days off are not going to be the same every week,this way all the reception staff can have the same number of weekends off. (Contrato indefinido) QUE HABLE Y ENTIENDA CATALÁN Y CASTELLANO nivel alto o nativo. Que sea una persona amable, empática, resolutiva, con iniciativa, con dotes de comercial, con conocimiento de cuadres de caja, dominio de efectivo y que sepa trabajar con presión (temporada de Navidad) y en equipo. Responsabilidades: Mantener en perfecto estado de limpieza y orden las habitaciones de un hostel, zonas comunes y las distintas dependencias del mismo. Cambio de ropa de cama de las habitaciones y limpieza de baños. Suministrar los dormitorios con los elementos de aseo correspondientes, así como documentos del hotel y otros complementos. Mantener en óptimas condiciones, las habitaciones y las áreas de servicios, para que el cliente tenga sensación de placidez y seguridad de que cada día se encontrará, como la primera vez que entró en la habitación. Limpiar las áreas y realizar labores auxiliares. Excelente ambiente laboral y buena remuneración.
