We are seeking a Bellboys Supervisor to join OKU Andalusia, our new five‑star resort on the Costa del Sol, just minutes from Sotogrande, with accommodation included. This role is fundamental in shaping the guest’s first and last impression at OKU Andalusia, leading the Bellboys team and ensuring a seamless, authentic arrival and departure experience aligned with the brand’s laid‑back luxury ethos. Responsibilities • Support the Front Office Manager in the daily operation and supervision of the Bellboys team, ensuring a warm, efficient and personalised guest arrival and departure experience aligned with OKU brand standards., • Supervise and coordinate bell services including luggage handling, guest escorts, room orientations, internal deliveries and transportation assistance., • Ensure high standards of service, presentation, professionalism and guest interaction across all bell service touchpoints., • Actively participate in daily operations, leading by example and providing hands‑on support to the team during peak arrival and departure times., • Oversee VIP arrivals, returning guests and special requests in close coordination with Front Office and Guest Experience teams., • Handle guest feedback, complaints or incidents related to bell services in a professional, calm and solution‑oriented manner., • Support staff scheduling, training, coaching and performance monitoring to maintain motivated, service‑driven and well‑presented teams., • Ensure compliance with brand image, grooming, behaviour and communication standards within all bell service areas., • Assist in the control and maintenance of bell service equipment, luggage storage areas and vehicles where applicable, following company procedures., • Prepare and conduct daily briefings, sharing key guest information, service priorities and operational updates with the team., • Support Front Office management with reporting, operational meetings and service improvement initiatives., • Assist during hotel openings, peak seasons, special events and high‑occupancy periods. Candidate Requirements • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Bellboy Supervisor, Senior Bellboy, Guest Services Supervisor or similar role within luxury hotels, resorts or high‑end lifestyle properties., • Strong operational background in guest services, concierge or front office support functions; resort experience highly desirable., • Based in the Costa del Sol or willing to relocate., • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple guest requests simultaneously. Behavioural Competencies • Strong guest‑focused mindset with a genuine passion for high‑end hospitality and service excellence., • Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and support multicultural teams., • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure., • Calm, professional and solution‑focused attitude in high‑volume and high‑demand environments., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality of service., • Proactive, flexible and adaptable approach within a dynamic and evolving operation.
