How will you make an impact? • Support daily restaurant operations: Assist in ensuring the smooth running of the outlet, maintaining luxury standards in service, quality, and presentation., • Drive operational performance: Support the achievement of KPIs, guest satisfaction, and cost control objectives., • Assist in revenue generation: Encourage upselling, promotions, and excellent service to maximize guest spend and overall performance., • Coordinate team operations: Supervise shifts, ensuring proper staff allocation according to occupancy and service needs., • Support stock and cost control: Assist in managing inventories, minimizing wastage, and ensuring efficient use of resources., • Lead and motivate the team: Guide and support Supervisors and operational staff, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment., • Ensure compliance: Help maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across the outlet., • Enhance guest experience: Be present on the floor, engaging with guests, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence., • Collaborate with departments: Work closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B team to ensure smooth operations., • Monitor feedback and improvement: Support in tracking guest feedback and implementing improvement actions., • Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)., • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or high-end restaurant environments, preferably in a supervisory role., • Strong organizational and team coordination skills., • Proactive mindset with attention to detail., • Good understanding of F&B operations and service standards., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Fluency in English and Spanish., • Hands-on, flexible, and able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment., • Work in a prestigious hotel: Be part of a lifestyle luxury environment where style, service, and excellence matter., • Competitive salary and benefits: We value your talent and experience, offering an attractive compensation package., • Career development opportunities: Grow into leadership roles within an expanding international brand.
