Role Overview The Hotel Operations & Wellness Coordination Manager is responsible for overseeing the full residential, hospitality, and non-clinical wellness operations of Oasis Premium Recovery, ensuring a highly structured, supportive, and discreet environment for clients undergoing addiction, burnout, and mental health recovery. This role goes beyond traditional hotel management and requires a strong understanding of recovery dynamics, emotional vulnerability, boundaries, and structure. The manager ensures that hospitality services, wellness activities, and therapeutic schedules operate in seamless alignment with each client’s individualized recovery plan, while maintaining clear separation from clinical decision-making. ⸻ Expanded Key Responsibilities 1. Recovery-Sensitive Guest Experience • Create and maintain a calm, predictable, and emotionally safe living environment, • Ensure staff interactions reflect trauma-informed and recovery-aware principles, • Monitor guest well-being from an operational perspective and escalate concerns appropriately, • Maintain absolute discretion, confidentiality, and respect for client dignity ⸻ 2.
