As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at BlueQuo, you will be a strategic partner in scaling top-tier talent across innovative companies in the media and advertising industries. Your deep expertise in recruitment will directly shape the success of our clients by ensuring they hire the right people at the right time. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned recruiter with strong business acumen, a consultative mindset, and a proven track record managing end-to-end hiring processes across international markets. You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to design and execute hiring strategies that fuel growth and enhance employer brands. What You’ll Do Strategic Talent Acquisition : Own the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-executive level roles across multiple regions, with a focus on Marketing, Media, and Tech verticals. Talent Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, benchmarking data, and tailored hiring strategies. Sourcing Leadership : Design and implement advanced sourcing strategies using AI tools, Boolean search, and passive talent engagement to attract high-caliber candidates. Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment between business needs and talent pipelines. Candidate Experience : Champion a best-in-class candidate journey, from first contact through onboarding, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience. Employer Branding : Collaborate with Marketing and Employer Branding teams to amplify BlueQuo's and clients' positioning in key talent markets. Data-Driven Recruitment : Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to monitor performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimize hiring processes. Process Optimization : Lead initiatives to improve hiring efficiency, diversity efforts, and recruiter enablement across the organization. Coaching and Onboarding . Coach and onboard new Team members to get them ready for success. Team orientation and Collaboration . Share Recruitment best practices with the Team to enhance velocity and quality as well as contributing to grow the Team. Talent Pool . Design and implement Talent Pool strategy for future client or internal talent needs. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of full-cycle Acquisition experienceTalent, with a strong track record in international recruitment and client-facing roles. Proven experience hiring for mid-to-senior level roles , ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments. Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining high-quality delivery. Expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, senior stakeholder management, and offer negotiation. Deep understanding of talent markets, especially in Marketing, Media, and/or Digital sectors. Good understanding of business objectives and how recruitment impacts company performance Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Personio) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, AmazingHiring). Excellent communication, consultative, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization. Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution: you can design the plan and roll up your sleeves to deliver it. Fluent in English (C1+); other European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian, Dutch) are a plus. Your Background Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field. Demonstrated ability to work in high-growth or fast-paced environments, ideally in startups, agencies, or consulting firms. Nice to Have Experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters. Familiarity with recruitment metrics, DEI strategies, and employer branding campaigns. Passion for innovation in recruitment—AI, automation, and the future of talent acquisition.
