Location: Gava, B, ES, 08850 Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Travel: Up to 25% globally How You’ll Make an Impact • Define and lead the global strategic roadmap for nutraceutical actives, including segment prioritization and portfolio shaping, • Establish Lubrizol’s “right to win” through differentiated value propositions and targeted investment strategies, • Identify and unlock new growth platforms across applications, geographies, technologies, and partnerships, • Drive disciplined portfolio management, balancing core optimization with next-generation innovation, • Lead forward-looking market intelligence to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and structural growth opportunities, • Translate insights into actionable innovation pipelines, partnership strategies, and commercial playbooks, • Build robust, finance-aligned business cases with clear ROI and value capture mechanisms, • Orchestrate cross-functional execution to bring innovation from concept to commercialization with speed and scalability, • Lead global marketing initiatives across commercial, business development, and technical teams to deliver above-market growth, • Represent Lubrizol externally with customers, industry bodies, and partners to strengthen thought leadership and positioning Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field, • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic marketing, business leadership, or innovation-driven roles, • Proven track record of defining and executing global growth strategies, • Experience within nutraceuticals, food, pharma, or adjacent regulated industries, • Strong understanding of nutraceutical value chains, regulatory environments, and innovation ecosystems, • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional, global teams, • Strong financial acumen with experience building investment cases and driving ROI, • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) in a relevant discipline, • Experience working across multiple regions in a global organization, • Exposure to external innovation ecosystems, partnerships, xcskxlj or M&A projects, • Experience with commercialization of new technologies or ingredients Work Environment • Use of computers and digital tools in a hybrid office environment, • Regular collaboration with global, cross-functional teams, • Occasional international travel for customer, partner, and industry engagement, • Adherence to corporate policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines Benefits that Empower You • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus plans, • Paid holidays, vacation, and parental leave, • Flexible work environment, • Learning and development opportunities, • Career and professional growth, • Inclusive culture and global collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr
