Tus responsabilidades serán: - Identificar oportunidades de traspaso de negocios y establecer contacto con posibles vendedores y compradores. - Evaluar y analizar la viabilidad financiera y operativa de los negocios de traspaso. - Coordinar y facilitar las negociaciones entre vendedores y compradores, asegurando un proceso justo y transparente. - Realizar investigaciones y análisis de mercado. - Asesorar a los vendedores y compradores sobre los aspectos financieros, legales y operativos del traspaso de negocios. - Brindar apoyo y asistencia durante el proceso de transición para garantizar una operación exitosa. Eres el perfil ideal si: - Tienes experiencia previa en el sector inmobiliario de al menos un año. - Posees excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación. - Tienes altas capacidades analíticas y orientación al detalle. - Posees habilidades tecnológicas avanzadas. - Tienes alta capacidad de orientación a resultados. Precisamos incorporar un/a camarero/a de sala y de barra con experiencia en restaurante con alto volumen de trabajo. El perfil se corresponde al de una persona con buena presencia, polivalente y con don de gentes. Queremos que sea el perfecto anfitrión. Se requiere una experiencia mínima de 2 años en posición similar, un nivel alto de castellano e inglés. Imprescindible tener conocimientos (ni que sea básicos) de coctelería. Ofrecemos: Contrato indefinido. Uniforme y comida por turno incluida. Contrato de 34H/Semana. Martes-Miércoles-Jueves-Viernes-Sábado; turno seguido de tarde-noche (a partir de las 19h).
