Carrots is a fast‐moving studio building and scaling consumer subscription apps (iOS/Android). We manage meaningful monthly budgets and operate with a strict payback mindset . We're now hiring a Motion Graphics Designer (Internship) to partner hand‐in‐hand with our UA team —turning ideas into high‐performing creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snap, and UGC . This is a high‐leverage role: you'll turn creative testing into a repeatable, capital‐efficient acquisition engine —shipping fast, learning faster, and scaling what works. Eligibility: You're currently studying at a university in Spain (ideally in or near Barcelona) and can sign a "convenio de prácticas". This position is open exclusively for internship agreements. Performance Creatives at Scale: Produce a high volume of short‐form video ads (9:16), animations, kinetic typography, and cut‐downs for Meta/TikTok/Snap —built for thumb‐stop, hook, and conversion . AI‐First Creative Pipeline: Use AI image/video tools to concept, generate, and iterate (human‐reviewed), then polish in After Effects/Premiere/CapCut . Creative Testing Framework: Work with the UA team to plan hypotheses, variants, and hooks (e.g., 3‐second hook, CTA, social proof, UGC vs. Data → Creative Loops: Translate performance metrics ( CTR, CVR to trial, CPI ) into creative decisions; scale winners, kill losers, propose next tests. UGC & Trends: Ideate UGC‐style scripts, captions, and overlays that feel native to TikTok/IG Reels/Snap , riding trends without losing brand fit. A documented creative testing playbook and an organized asset library (tags, versions, rights). Turn briefs into storyboards, scripts, and mood boards , then into finished ads. Build multiple variants (hooks, captions, CTA, colorways, VO/music). Monitor performance dashboards with UA; propose next‐round tests . Eligible internship: Currently studying at a university in Spain and able to sign a "convenio de prácticas." Full‐time, 6+ months , Barcelona (hybrid) . Hands‐on with After Effects and Premiere (or CapCut for speed when needed). Portfolio with short‐form ads (TikTok/IG Reels/Snap) or motion projects relevant to consumer apps. Social‐native: You live on TikTok/IG and understand hooks, trend formats, watch‐time, and thumb‐stop . Comfortable using AI image/video tools to ideate and speed up production (human‐reviewed). Speed & Volume: Ability to ship lots of clean variants without sacrificing clarity or brand fit. Performance mindset: Basic grasp of CTR, CVR, CPI and willingness to kill your darlings when data says so. Clear, structured, collaborative with UA, product, and design. Basic copywriting for hooks/CTAs/captions. Figma for quick frames and overlays. Light sound design/VO chops (music timing, captions, SRTs). Familiarity with Meta/TikTok ad policies and platform specs. After Effects, Premiere/CapCut, Figma, AI video/image tools , Google Drive/Notion; performance stack with AppsFlyer, Looker for results.
