You’ll be leading icebreaker activities, building group energy, and guiding our guests through our curated bar and club route each night. The job has two key components: Hostel Outreach & Icebreaker Activities You’ll visit our partner hostels, promote and sell the experience, and host fun icebreaker games that encourage guests to socialize before the night starts. Night Route Leadership You’ll guide the group through the bars and clubs on the night’s itinerary, create a strong group atmosphere, keep the energy high, and ensure the schedule runs smoothly. We’re looking for candidates with an excellent attitude, optimism, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to deliver a high-quality experience every night.
