This role combines leadership, cultural facilitation, and logistical oversight to ensure an engaging, safe, and transformative experience for all participants. 📍 About Us Number 16 Village (Isín, Huesca) is a language immersion programme that runs throughout the year (individual weeks) in collaboration with schools, and during the months of June and July! What you will do: As an Immersions Leader, you will be the primary point of contact for participants during their stay, fostering a supportive environment that encourages learning, personal growth, and cultural engagement. • Lead and supervise participants throughout the immersion programme, ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times., • Facilitate cultural, educational, and outdoor activities tailored to the objectives of the programme., • Serve as a mentor and role model, promoting inclusivity, teamwork, and personal development., • Coordinate with local partners, accommodation providers, and programme staff to ensure smooth operations, with the help of our Operations and Customer Service Team, • Respond to participant queries, concerns, and emergencies in a professional and timely manner, with the help of our Operations and Customer Service Team., • Maintain accurate records and reports regarding attendance, activities, and incidents., • Collaborate with the programme team to continuously improve content and participant experience. 💻 Essential Requirements • C2-level command of English, • C2-level command of Spanish 🔎 Requirements • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities., • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure., • First aid and/or emergency response training is a plus., • Willingness to live and work in a rural mountainous environment for the duration of the programme., • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends., • Commitment to participant safety, wellbeing, and positive programme outcomes., • Responsible, energetic and reliable, • Enjoy working with children and teenagers! 🥇 Benefits • Accommodation and meals included during the camp stay, • Competitive salary from 2,300€/month depending on experience, • Be part of a fun, dynamic, and supportive team where personal and professional growth are encouraged., • Temporary contract with the option of a fixed term contract Learn more about us at and follow us on Instagram and TikTok to see what life is like for a guiri teaching English in Number16Village! #NUMBER16EXPEPRIENCE
