    Position: Front Desk Executive Location: Marbella, Nueva Andalucia Duties & responsibilities • Welcoming and directing our guests, assisting and providing information with a variety of tickets/options, • Capture sales from the incoming calls, inquiries and coordinate details of each reservation or inquiry, • Processing payments/deposits and sending confirmation details to customers, • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation, • Answering phone calls, respond to emails, WhatsApp in an impeccable manner and etiquette, • Handle cash transactions, receive and process all payments according to standard procedures, process credit and debit card, • Respond to complaints in a positive manner and, ability to constructively resolve conflicts, • Collect and communicate visitors feedback and suggestions, • Coordinate with the colleague(s) and keep an inventory of stock, • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, • Learn about our offerings, promotions, campaigns and events and communicate information about these with guests, • Sell beverages and goods at the bar/showcase, • Support the upkeep, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the premises to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. Safety / Security • Adhere to all policies and procedures, • Assist visitors in case of an incident or an emergency situation, • Attend training and be prepared to perform emergency procedures (i.e. fire evacuation, accident reporting, etc) Qualification • 1+ year experience in customer service/family learning/retail operations, • Experience working with young children and their families is preferred, • Basic knowledge of CRM programs, MS Office, • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with children, adults, and large groups, • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, • English and Spanish B2+, other languages are plus, • Lots of positive energy and patient Demands • The working timings include evening & weekend shifts, • Uniform/dress code required We offer • Official employment
