CREATIVE BRAND DESIGN, SENIOR ASSOCIATE LOCATION: Full Time in Madrid, Spain (hybrid position) LANGUAGE: English (please submit resume/CV in English) ABOUT THE ROLE: Roc360 is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Brand Design, Senior Associate to help evolve and maintain the visual identity of multiple Roc360 brands across digital, print, social, and marketing channels. This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary designer with strong brand design fundamentals, exceptional visual taste, and the ability to create polished, engaging creative assets across a wide range of formats. You understand how to translate business objectives into compelling visual communication while maintaining consistency across brand systems and campaigns. You have a strong eye for modern design aesthetics and understand how to create work that feels elevated, intentional, and culturally relevant. While this role is primarily focused on graphic and brand design, experience with motion graphics, video editing, or multimedia content creation is considered a strong plus. You are highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable balancing conceptual thinking with efficient execution in a fast-paced creative environment. WHO YOU ARE: You are a strong visual designer and multidisciplinary creative with exceptional taste in typography, layout, color, composition, and brand aesthetics. You are passionate about branding and creating polished visual experiences that strengthen brand identity and audience engagement. You have 5–10+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, and visual communications, with a strong understanding of how to create compelling content across print, digital, presentation, and marketing channels. Your deep expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud — including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign — combined with your ability to leverage AI-assisted creative tools to streamline workflows and accelerate production, allows you to consistently produce thoughtful, high-quality creative work at scale. You are comfortable creating and contributing to content for: • Print (ads, brochures, branded publications, one-pagers, event materials, etc.), • Digital (social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email marketing, paid media, web graphics, etc.), • Presentations (PowerPoint decks, formatting, layouts, infographics, visual storytelling, investor-facing materials, etc.), • Brand Systems (visual identities, templates, typography systems, brand guidelines, campaign visuals, etc.), • Motion & Multimedia (nice to have) — familiarity with basic motion graphics, video editing, or social animations is a plus You are a collaborative problem solver who sees AI tools as extensions of your creative arsenal — not shortcuts, but accelerators that improve efficiency, scalability, and creative exploration. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Work directly with the Creative Director to execute and evolve visual direction across multiple Roc360 brands, • Conceptualize and design high-quality branded assets for:, • Digital marketing campaigns, • Social media platforms, • Print collateral, • Presentations and pitch decks, • Brochures, one-pagers, and branded materials, • Event and large-format materials, • Email marketing and web graphics, • Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems and marketing campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, • Maintain and evolve brand identity systems, templates, and style guidelines, • Create compelling layouts, typography systems, infographics, and visual treatments that elevate the brand experience, • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions with marketing and creative teams, • Develop creative solutions independently, even when direction or specifications are minimal, • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality execution across all branded materials, • Assist with PowerPoint presentations, formatting, layout design, and visual storytelling for executive and investor-facing materials, • Mentor junior creatives and contribute to a collaborative creative culture, • Stay current on trends in branding, graphic design, digital marketing, social content, and emerging creative technologies, • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • 5–10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communications, • Strong portfolio showcasing:, • Brand identity work, • Marketing campaigns, • Social and digital design, • Presentation/pitch deck design, • Print and production work · Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: • Photoshop, • Illustrator, • InDesign, • Strong understanding of:, • Branding and visual identity systems, • Typography and layout design, • Color theory and composition, • Digital and print production workflows, • Social-first content design, • Experience creating marketing and social content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and digital advertising campaigns, • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and design decisions to stakeholders and leadership teams, • Fluent English communication skills required, • Experience working collaboratively within an in-house creative team or agency environment NICE TO HAVE: • Basic to intermediate experience with motion graphics or video editing using:, • After Effects, • Premiere Pro, • Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design systems, • Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as:, • Midjourney, • Firefly, • Runway, • Stable Diffusion, • Experience mentoring junior designers or collaborating with external vendors, • Basic copywriting or presentation storytelling experience, • Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus WHAT WE OFFER: • Highly competitive compensation package, • Dynamic, nimble and collaborative creative environment WHO WE ARE: Roc360 is a financial services and asset management platform for residential property investors in the United States.
