The Qualitas Energy team consists of c.560 professionals across fifteen offices in Madrid, Berlin, London, Milan, Hamburg, Wiesbaden, Trier, Cologne, Stuttgart, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Santiago, Durham, Bristol, and Edinburgh. As part of Qualitas Energy’s growth strategy, we are looking to incorporate an AML & Compliance Analyst who will assume a broad range of AML functions in accordance with European and Spanish regulations, as well as additional responsibilities linked to the Risk and Compliance framework implemented across the Qualitas Energy structure. Main responsibilities: Management of KYC processes related to the Management Company, the investment vehicles managed and portfolio companies. Execution of KYC analysis for investment and divestment projects, including background assessment of counterparties. Support to the Investor Relations team (e.g. admission of potential investors, review of Due Diligence Measures for existing investors, etc.). Coordination and management of the Internal Control Body (OCI). Preparation and submission of monthly reports (DMO) to the Spanish AML authority (SEPBLAC). Preparation of annual AML disclosures to CNMV (Estados Reservados, BCFT1). Management of the relationship with the External AML Expert. Drafting the annual report on AML Ongoing monitoring of European and national AML legislation, best practices and regulatory developments, including recommendations to ensure continuous compliance. Coordination and delivery of AML and Compliance training initiatives. Support on other Risk Management and Compliance matters, particularly those related to Financial Crime prevention (criminal risk prevention, market abuse, inside information, etc.). Experience and requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration. Full professional proficiency in English. 2–3 years of experience in AML and/or Compliance roles. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
