We are searching for a Customer Service Representative in Argentona, Spain. This position has the mission to lead the comprehensive management of customer service, acting as the functional reference for the area and ensuring a high level of service within a multinational industrial environment. The role has a strong strategic component in cross‑functional coordination, advanced operational management, and the continuous improvement of Customer Service and Commercial Back‑Office processes.Key Functions and Responsibilities- Comprehensive and advanced management of national and international customer orders, from receipt through final delivery- Entry, validation, and optimization of orders and commercial terms in the ERP system- Confirmation and negotiation of delivery terms with customers (dates, quantities, priorities, and alternative solutions)- Expert support to strategic customers and resolution of high‑impact incidents- Prepare and manage export and customs documentation in compliance with regulations- Proactive monitoring of deliveries, anticipating risks and proposing action plans- Supervision and validation of customer invoicing- Functional coordination with Logistics, Production, and Sales to optimize service levelsCompetencies- Experience in customer service strongly valued- Strong export know‑how (Incoterms, export documentation, customs processes)- High level of organization, planning, and prioritization skills- Strong sense of ownership and follow‑through- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset- Excellent communication skills and functional leadership capabilities- Customer‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement- Strong teamwork and cross‑department collaborationMinimum Languages & Levels Required- Spanish – C1- English – B2- French – B2 (valuable)- Catalan – valuedEducation & Experience- Business Administration, Professional education (Advanced Technical Certificate) or equivalent in an industrial environment- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain positions- Extensive experience in ERP management (SAGE), Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.We look forward to receiving your application!Contact: Eva‑Maria Schindler, Personal, AIRTECH EUROPE GmbH, Carl‑Zeiss‑Str.25, 97424 Schweinfurt, Germany – airtecheu‑hr@idexcorp.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
