    Community Manager Boho Club, Marbella Boho Club is one of Marbella’s most celebrated luxury boutique addresses on the Golden Mile, a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. At Boho, the experience doesn’t end when a guest leaves — it extends through a digital community that reflects the same carefully crafted identity we bring to life every day on property. We’re looking for someone who truly understands the Boho voice — who speaks the language of social media with both taste and authenticity, and who can build a digital community as special as the experience we create in person. The Role This is a role that is both creative and strategic. You’ll be the voice of Boho Club across social media — responsible for building, nurturing, and activating our digital community. You’ll work closely with the management and marketing team, with real creative freedom and direct access to one of the most visually stunning settings on the Costa del Sol. What You’ll Be DoingContent & Social Media – Managing the day-to-day across Boho Club’s social channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn – Creating original content that is visually striking and true to the Boho Club aesthetic – Planning and maintaining the editorial calendar with consistency and editorial judgement – Coordinating photo and video shoots with the in-house team or external creatives as needed – Writing compelling, carefully crafted copy in both Spanish and English, tailored to each platform – Tracking trends and proactively proposing formats or ideas that keep Boho relevant and fresh Community & Analytics – Managing comments, DMs, and mentions with the warmth and style that define Boho Club – Building genuine relationships with the community: guests, followers, influencers, and press – Identifying and managing collaborations with content creators and profiles aligned with the brand – Analysing performance metrics and presenting monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations – Monitoring Boho Club’s online reputation across review platforms and proposing improvement actions As Part of the Team – Showing up with energy and a good attitude, even during the busiest production weeks – Supporting paid social campaigns in coordination with the marketing team when needed – Participating in team meetings, creative brainstorms, and seasonal planning sessions – Collaborating closely with F&B, Rooms, and Wellness to capture content in real time What We’re Looking For – Previous experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager, ideally in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle – Confident across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn; familiar with scheduling and analytics tools – A strong visual eye and the ability to produce or art-direct high-quality content – Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages welcome – Polished writing with personality, adaptable across platforms and audiences – Proactive, organised, self-directed, and genuinely passionate about luxury and hospitality – Passionate about brands with identity, community building, and the craft of exceptional hospitality

Estamos buscando a una persona joven, proactiva y con orientación comercial para gestionar la atención al cliente, las ventas y la coordinación logística de nuestros servicios de paquetería y mudanzas internacionales. Puesto presencial en Lanzadera (Valencia capital) Contrato vinculado a programas de inserción laboral para jóvenes titulados menores de 30 años. 🧭 Principales funciones: Atención al cliente en español e inglés a través de WhatsApp, email y plataformas digitales. Gestión de ventas y asesoramiento comercial sobre nuestros servicios. Coordinación logística: organización de rutas, recogidas y entregas con transportistas y clientes. Apoyo en la creación y optimización de una red de transporte terrestre con origen/destino en España. ✅ Requisitos: Alta capacidad de comunicación y orientación al cliente. Experiencia previa en atención al cliente y ventas online. Nivel alto de inglés (oral y escrito). Conocimientos en logística internacional y transporte por carretera. Dominio de herramientas digitales (CRM, chats, apps colaborativas). Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma híbrida con presencia ocasional en la oficina de Valencia. 🌟 Se valorará especialmente: Experiencia en atención al cliente. Estancias en el extranjero o experiencia en entornos multiculturales. 📍 Condiciones: Puesto presencial en Valencia capital.
