Mission: Ensure financial sustainability and scalability by leading and executing financial strategy with a long-term vision and driving efficiency Key responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Leadership • Define and implement the global financial strategy aligned with our growth goals., • Serve as a key advisor to the Co-CEOs and Executive Board., • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with precision and agility., • Deliver clear and actionable financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders., • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and growth teams to guide strategic decisions with a focus on financial impact, efficiency, and return on investment., • Evaluate new business lines, markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities from a financial perspective., • Oversee the settlement and reconciliation process with insurance carriers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards., • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and applicable financial regulations., • Develop a strong financial and operational risk management framework ., • 5+ years of experience in senior finance roles, ideally within scaleups, insurtechs, or digital- first companies ., • Proven track record in corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning ., • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments ., • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)., • Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a global outlook ., • Flexible hours (7.5 hours a day)., • Flexible and good work environment., • Possibility to evolve your role with the maturity of our company and the growth of your skills + achieved goal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
