Lo que vas a hacer Vas a estar en el centro de la acción. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant specializing in Business Administration and Marketing to support the company owner. This pivotal internship requires an individual who can adeptly manage a variety of administrative, operational, and marketing functions to ensure the smooth running of our office in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be tasked with facilitating communication between various companies while also assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies. You have previous experience with Shopify only shop management. You will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing essential documents, thereby directly contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive operations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative acumen and operational marketing expertise, ensuring that all tasks are approached with a strategic mindset. The position demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in the perfumery environment. Responsibilities Manage calendars and scheduling. Prepare and edit correspondence, calls, reports, and presentations as needed. Management of communication with B2C, B2B customers. Follow-up of various projects (new tools, marketing campaigns product launch...) Marketing related : Organization of events and participation in events, trade fairs. Assistance in the launch of new niche perfumes to perfumeries Online shop updates, good experience with Shopify Weekly administrative tasks Operational management, confidential data management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, On going studies, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Availability Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with Online store management / Shopify, other. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and other relevant software applications. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Autonomous, you have a good corporate culture You have good elocution. Good problem solving skills Good interpersonal attitude Rigorous and organized, you have good writing skills and you are responsive Self-taught knowledge of the brands of NICHES perfumes is an advantage
