ppAt Cosentino ( we are looking for a Showroom Specialist to join our City Center located in Mallorca. The City Center is a hub for our global community, and a tool for showcasing the versatility of our materials and our brands. /p h3What you will do /h3 pAs the Showroom Specialist you will assist with the day to day operations in the Cosentino City showroom. Your daily tasks will include guest relations, customer service assistance, events coordination as well as visiting certain customer accounts. When the Showroom Specialist is in the City Center, the goal is to identify and generate sales leads and then partner with the local sales team, which allows them to follow up on the leads and convert into sales and projects. Also, as part of the responsibilities, it will be visiting specific accounts and develop relationships and generate direct sales through those accounts. Will also play a key role on enhancing our showrooms within targeted local industries (builders, architects, designers, commercial, etc.). In this role, you will proactively reach out to clients in order to achieve individual and team goals. Your ability to network and find business through events hosted at our City Center and showrooms are an integral key part of this role. /p ul liWelcome and engage every customer and provide the best customer experience, with the goal of developing long term relationships and foster brand loyalty. /li liAssist all walk‑ins customers with appointments that arrive at the showroom. /li liProvide support face‑to‑face, over the phone and via email to better help customers understand the benefits of Cosentino brand. /li liDevelop and build relationships with design firms in the area. Manage the relationship through face‑to‑face visits outside of the showroom and generate sales through them according to the sales goals assigned to the position. /li liSupport the sales team by preparing sample shipments for customers and end users, checking stock for materials when requested, as well as highlighting possible stock issues that may arise to help them achieve and exceed sales targets. /li liWork with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic within the City Center and leads. /li liRegister visits and leads in SalesForce. /li /ul h3Organization and Administration Responsibilities /h3 ul liFilter the leads of the City Center via phone call and only forward the ones with potential. /li liOrganize and plan events in advance, coordinating content and making sure we have qualified attendees. /li liResponsible for execution of events: invitations, catering, logistics, publicity, mailing. /li liEnsure daily entry of all customer visits in Salesforce. /li liEnsure the showroom is always in perfect condition: this includes, but not limited to the cleanliness of all furniture, equipment, supplies and placing marketing materials. /li liManage and maintain the showroom: this includes ordering and stocking supplies needed, maintaining equipment, placing marketing materials, attending visitors daily and during events. /li liManage the administrative tasks required for suppliers. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 h3Professional Experience /h3 pRequired /p ul li2+ years experience in sales. /li li1+ year experience in a retail showroom environment providing excellent customer service with a proven success track record generating leads and converting those leads into sales. /li liPreferably 2+ years experience in interior design industry. /li /ul h3Knowledge /h3 pRequired: /p ul liProven Success in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. /li liKnowledge of the building or decoration market. /li /ul h3Academical Background /h3 pRequired /p ul liHigh School Diploma or GED. /li /ul h3What we do offer /h3 pA great experience to grow in a key position for us in Cosentino. /p h3About Cosentino /h3 pAt COSENTINO, our purpose is to inspire People through innovative and sustainable spaces.
