WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Own and scale Job Today’s paid media channels, ensuring continuous growth through hands-on campaign execution, optimization, and strategic development whilst always being aligned with efficiency targets., • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads - from keyword expansion to automation and bidding., • Design and run experiments (campaign A/B tests, causal impact studies, geo-based incrementality) to continuously improve ROI, ARPPU, and overall profitability., • Analyze performance across multiple data sources (platform data, internal BI, market trends, attribution & incrementality) to make data-driven decisions that boost efficiency and profitability., • Champion automation and experimentation, AI, leveraging scripts, automated rules, bid strategies, and structured testing roadmaps., • Regularly present performance insights to leadership, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and influence strategic decisions across Marketing and the wider organization., • Identify opportunities for growth by deep-diving into search intent, competitor activity, category trends, and performance patterns., • Collaborate cross-functionally with creation, analytics or the supply team to build high-impact campaigns and performance improvements.
