En tu día a día te encargarás de: • Prospectar zonas y barrios asignados de Barcelona., • Identificar propietarios con intención actual o potencial de vender., • Realizar llamadas, contactos directos y acciones de prospección a pie de calle., • Contactar con propietarios procedentes de bases de datos, carteles, portales, referencias y campañas comerciales., • Explicar de manera inicial los servicios y el valor diferencial de WE ARE., • Cualificar cada oportunidad antes de concertar una reunión., • Coordinar visitas y reuniones de valoración con el equipo comercial., • Realizar seguimiento de los propietarios contactados., • Registrar correctamente la actividad y las oportunidades en el CRM., • Detectar información relevante sobre precios, competencia y movimiento inmobiliario en las zonas asignadas. Inicialmente contarás con el apoyo del equipo para realizar las valoraciones y cerrar los encargos de venta. A medida que avances, podrás participar progresivamente en las reuniones de captación y asumir mayores responsabilidades comerciales. ¿Qué buscamos?
