Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Architect to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security solutions across our global infrastructure. This role requires a wide range of security generalist skills, including proven expertise in cloud and AI security, to protect our organization from evolving cyber threats. Job Profile: Senior Manager - Microsoft 365 Platform Role Summary The Senior Manager - Microsoft 365 Platform is accountable for the product ownership, governance, and technical health of Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform across TD SYNNEX. This role provides clear direction on what we use, how we use it, and how we evolve it, ensuring the platform is secure, standardized, and aligned to enterprise priorities while actively reducing technical debt and legacy dependencies. The role operates as a platform product leader, not a service desk or security function, and works in close partnership with Infrastructure Operations, Security, Architecture, SAM, and Regional IT teams. Reporting Line Reports to: Vice President, rTIO Europe and Global Ops Management Level: Senior Manager Mission Provide clear Microsoft 365 and Power Platform product direction, robust governance, and disciplined execution-modernizing collaboration services, reducing technical debt, and enabling secure, scalable cloud adoption across TD SYNNEX. Key Responsibilities 1. Job Purpose: Responsible for assisting with domestic cash management processes, global cash and debt reporting, and providing analytical support for ad-hoc treasury projects. Job Purpose The Cloud Catalog and Product Management Team is part of Cloud Operations. The team is responsible for maintaining vendor catalogs and product portfolios across internal systems and platforms, as well as supporting the onboarding of new vendors across the EMEA region. Job Purpose: As an Internal Sales with Italian proficiency, you will play a pivotal role in owning accounts specialised within a sub BU allocated to accounts where possible, deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio. • Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through proactive engagement and product expertise., • Plan and execute outbound calls to generate new business and identify opportunities., • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets., • Actively sell by gathering customer insights and planning strategic engagements., • Manage or coordinate projects, involving pre-sales when technical input is needed., • Provide accurate and timely quotations across relevant segments., • Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer backorder expectations., • Support partner development through account planning and cross-selling., • Identify project opportunities and collaborate with BDMs when specialized knowledge is required.
