Tu misión será proporcionar soporte estratégico, operativo y analítico a la estrategia de CRM , colaborando en la ejecución de campañas , gestión de bases de datos y análisis de resultados , con foco en mejorar la experiencia del cliente, la eficiencia comercial y el rendimiento de las acciones de marketing. Tus principales responsabilidades serán: Participar en la definición y ejecución de la estrategia de CRM para más de 20 mercados, en colaboración con IT para las necesidades más técnicas : programar journeys multicanal, implementar campañas, verificar contenidos, links, audiencias, triggers, migraciones , etc. Segmentar y gestionar las audiencias según comportamiento, planteando nuevas oportunidades de personalización . Implementar y mantener flujos automatizados , monitoreando su funcionamiento y reportando incidencias. Garantizar la calidad, actualización y segmentación correcta de los datos , documentando los procesos necesarios para la mejor eficiencia posible, especialmente durante la migración del CRM . Analizar las principales métricas y KPIs propios del CRM (LTV, Churn, CTR, Revenue, etc.), identificando oportunidades y realizando informes periódicos. Optimizar continuamente la ejecución de la estrategia de CRM , realizando test A/B, automatizando BB.DD., apoyando iniciativas, etc. Coordinación con otros equipos para el correcto lanzamiento de todas las campañas y la resolución de incidencias más técnicas, en colaboración con el equipo de IT . +2 años de experiencia en marketing automation / CRM en ecommerce B2C. Altas competencias de CRM, customer journey y lifecycle marketing . Capacidad para identificar necesidades técnicas, documentar requerimientos técnicos y trabajar con equipos de IT en su implementación (APIs, integraciones, sincronización de datos, triggers, etc.).
