Brand Copy Project Specialist The Brand Copy Project Specialist ensures that Camper’s copy and product communication initiatives move efficiently from idea to delivery. This role acts as the operational backbone of the Brand Copy & Product Communications team, coordinating projects across product, brand, digital, and content teams while continuously improving how the team works through better workflows, automation, and process design. The mission of the role is not only to manage projects but to help evolve the department from a production-focused model into a more efficient content system, enabling the team to focus more on storytelling and strategic impact. Reports to: Brand Copy & Product Communications Manager Key Responsibilities 1. Product Communication Projects Lead the operational coordination of product communication initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution. Responsibilities include: • Structure clear project timelines and milestones, • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Copy, Product, Design, Digital, and Content, • Ensure clear and effective information flow between teams, • Support the implementation of product storytelling initiatives, • Coordinate internal processes such as labelling and newsletters, managing copywriters’ workloads, deadlines, and approvals to ensure timely and aligned storytelling 2. Content Production Operations Oversee the content production pipeline to ensure campaigns and communications are delivered efficiently across channels. Responsibilities include: • Work on cross-channel campaigns, seeking organization throughout the whole process, • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables, • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to schedule, brief, and budget, • Coordinate copy production for campaigns and launches, managing copywriters’ workloads, deadlines, and deliverables, • Manage online and offline channel content production pipeline, • Oversee translation workflows and localization processes, • Ensure smooth collaboration between copywriters, designers, and digital teams, • Manage external copywriting and translation resources when needed 3. Workflow & AI Efficiency Drive operational improvements across the team by identifying inefficiencies and implementing smarter workflows. Responsibilities include: • Documenting existing workflows across copy and product communication processes, • Identifying opportunities for simplification and automation, • Supporting the implementation of AI tools for translation, copy iteration, and workflow automation, • Coordinating with the Business Technology team on automation initiatives, • Helping reduce repetitive operational tasks within the team 4. Project Governance & Team Coordination Act as the central coordination point for copy and product communication projects. Responsibilities include: • Managing timelines, priorities, and project visibility, • Supporting the Head of Copy & Product Communications in planning team priorities, • Ensuring requests are clearly defined before execution, • Helping maintain alignment across product, brand, and digital teams, • Monitoring copy data with digital/retail to optimize channel strategies and improve commercial performance (offline and online)., • Drive cross-channel strategies with product and GTM to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints in order to maximize the value of the product through copy. Competencies & Profile Project Management Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity and structure across teams. Operational Thinking Interest in improving workflows, simplifying processes, and designing more efficient ways of working. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, digital, and brand teams. Strategic Curiosity Interest in understanding how product communication contributes to the overall brand narrative. Efficiency & Innovation Mindset Interest in exploring automation, AI tools, and new processes to improve team productivity. Language & Brand Sensitivity Excellent English & Spanish communication skills with an understanding of tone, brand identity, and storytelling.
