Responsabilidades: Reportando a la Dirección de Operaciones, como Director/a de camping serás responsable de la gestión, administración, supervisión y funcionamiento diario del establecimiento. Entre tus funciones se incluyen: Reclutamiento, formación, gestión y coordinación del personal (compuesto principalmente por colaboradores/as temporales). Supervisión de actividades y servicios ofrecidos a los clientes. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene. Gestión y optimización del presupuesto asignado al camping. Aplicar y garantizar las políticas y procedimientos internos del grupo, así como cumplir con las normativas legales. Mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes y, si corresponde, con los residentes del camping, asegurando su plena satisfacción. Desarrollo y mejora de los servicios e instalaciones en colaboración con los departamentos de soporte del grupo. Gestión de las relaciones con proveedores y socios locales para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones. Department: Management About you Formación en Gestión de Alojamientos Turísticos (o equivalente), con experiencia previa en un puesto similar en el sector de hostelería al aire libre, o una sólida experiencia gestionando unidades de negocio, preferiblemente en el ámbito turístico. Flexible, polivalente y con gran orientación al trabajo de campo. Posees un fuerte liderazgo y excelentes habilidades interpersonales, además de ser organizado/a y proactivo/a. Capacidad para resolver problemas rápidamente y gestionar situaciones de estrés. Hablas español, francés e inglés de manera fluida. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Contrato laboral español (40 horas semanales). The Operations Manager Assistant, together with the Operations Director, implements a strategy that consistently delivers an excellent experience for all ECG customers on site. You will provide strong support to develop and lead a team that understands and anticipate the needs of ECG's customers and ensures that the promises of the ECG brands are delivered daily. HR / Staff management Budget follow-up. In accordance/collaboration with Regional Supervisors and Human Resources: interview, assess, allocate, train staff for optimal resource management. Collaborate with Operations Director / HR for efficient control of hours, bonuses and extra hours. Follow-up staff management in coordination with Operations Director and HR department. Problem solver related to staff behaviour when needed. Active within the KPI’s follow-up (staff and customers) Regular meetings / site visits Fleet management Assist the Operations Director with all aspects of the fleet management, such as: Feedback on fleet quality and recommendations to the fleet management. Assistance with mobile-home plan liaising with contractors. Follow-up with ECGS managers for Spain regarding the maintenance of the units. Coordinate, action and ensure fleet blockages when required (breakdowns, delays, accidents, etc.) Customer management In charge of the follow-up of the customers satisfaction in the country of operation: Follow-up of dashboards Regular meetings with Regional Supervisors and Site Managers to improve the customer satisfaction. Budgets Work on budget with the Operations Director: Assist with staff budget Assist with external companies’ budget Assistance with budget arbitration for equipment and technical check. Partner campsite management meetings In coordination with Contracting and assisting Operations Director tasks, meet regularly partner sites management to ensure a good relationship and strength ties. Follow-up and feedback on points to be improved/changed/added on the partner sites with the contracting. External companies Assist Operations Director with managing external companies in the area: maintenance, cleaning, inventory local suppliers, etc. Look for new external collaborators to fulfil all required needs for Operations in Spain and Portugal. Follow up of payments, ensure the procedure is followed, all BDC are issued, payment is on time. This role requires close collaboration with your peers and with the various departments concerned, external suppliers, as well as with partner campsites managers and Directors. Department: Room Division Management About you In this role, you will need : Proven operational management experience in hospitality or services. A high level of numeracy, proficient with Excel and able to control and manage budgets. Used to work withing Google shared documents environment Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Problem-solving, budget awareness, and guest satisfaction focus. Flexibility for travel and logistical operations knowledge. Collaborative mindset for cross-functional coordination. Coaching and mentoring experience preferred. Speak at least English and/or French + the language of the countrywhere allocated. Cleared driving licence. Work conditions Place of work will be the country of operation, with regular travel to sites. International travel required to attend the group meetings. Be in possession of all required documents to be eligible to work at the country where allocated. Work indoors or outdoors in all weathers, all seasons, on foot or motorised. Equipment provided: phone, laptop, company vehicle and corporate credit card. Working days are Monday to Sunday, 2 days off per week to be agreed. Language required: French.
