We are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Paris on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract basis. This hybrid role will cover both strategic and operational HR responsibilities across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global organisation. You will support managers and employees through the full employee lifecycle, lead complex employee relations matters, and act as a key liaison with works councils and trade unions. This is a pivotal role in driving people strategy and ensuring compliance with German labor law. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage recruitment processes, including job requisitions, job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding., • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance., • Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and fixed-term contract renewals., • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, exit interviews, and issuing termination notices., • Provide guidance on employment law, performance management, disciplinary actions, and severance procedures., • Monitor compliance-related deadlines (e.g., work permits, disability status renewals)., • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures., • Advise leadership on collective agreements, co-determination, and other legal obligations., • Manage restructuring and organisational change initiatives, including consultations and drafting of social plans and reconciliation-of-interest agreements., • Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulatory developments., • Deliver training or coaching to HR colleagues and business leaders on labor relations matters. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS • HR experience within a multinational or industrial environment, • Strong project management and organisational skills., • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite., • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills., • High discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive HR issues., • Fluency in French and strong business English required.
