Bedrock is looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in Product Management (3+ years) to join our team and contribute to the product strategy, roadmap, and implementation of our platform's advertising monetization capabilities. You'll be instrumental in the design and delivery of solutions that enable broadcasters and media companies to optimize their advertising revenue and enhance the user ad experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on turning complex problems into impactful solutions, and who is curious about the Advertising ecosystem (display, video, audio, programmatic, etc.).While prior experience in advertising tech (Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs…) is a plus what matters is your solid experience in Product Management and your interest in the Ads domain. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES This role offers significant learning opportunities as you help define flexible, scalable solutions supporting diverse ad formats and targeting strategies. You'll operate within a dynamic and evolving ecosystem, ensuring our platform effectively integrates with key third-party advertising systems and addresses our clients' specific business challenges, ultimately reinforcing their trust in our solutions. As a Product Manager, you will : • Drive Product Strategy: Contribute to the development of our Ads monetization roadmap and help align it with business goals and client needs to maximize advertising revenue., • Build impactful Ad Products: Support the product discovery process and feature delivery within the advertising domain. Contribute to the design and delivery of flexible, configurable tools that allow clients to effectively manage their ad inventories, formats, and targeting strategies., • Assist with Ad Ecosystem & Integration Strategy: Participate in defining and streamlining the platform's integration strategy with Ad Servers, programmatic platforms (SSPs, DSPs), and other ad technologies used by our clients. Help ensure robust connectivity and leverage ecosystem capabilities., • Represent Client & User Needs -Advertising-: Contribute to translating broadcasters' ad monetization strategies into scalable and reliable product features. Help promote solutions that balance platform consistency with necessary customization and configurability. Ensure a high-quality, non-intrusive user ad experience., • Leverage data : Work closely with Data Science/BI teams to define advertising KPIs, analyze platform and client data (e.g., fill rates, click-through rates, RPMs) to derive actionable insights. Participate in defining, prioritizing, and analyzing experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and optimize ad performance., • Collaborate across teams Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, Data, Architecture, and Go-To-Market to ensure smooth execution from discovery to deployment. WHAT WE’ RE LOOKING FOR • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B SaaS/PaaS environmentStrong ownership mindset, capable of managing products from idea to launch and beyond, • Curiosity about Ads monetization models and advertising technology — experience in the field is a plus, but not a must, • Analytical skills and a data-informed approach to decision-making, • A proactive, structured, and adaptable working style, • Excellent communication and presentation skills : Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts, strategies, and trade-offs to diverse audiences, including executives, technical teams, and clients.
