As a KAM within our Smartphone & AIoT division, you'll be at the heart of that momentum: owning your accounts, shaping commercial strategy, and driving growth across one of Europe's most competitive markets — reporting directly to the Sales Director. You will lead the strategic and operational management of France's key retail and open market partners — including Operators, Fnac Darty, Boulanger, E.Leclerc, Carrefour and major e-commerce channels — across a broad and fast-growing portfolio: smartphones, tablets, smart home devices, wearables, personal care, entertainment and lifestyle. Job Responsibilities Business development — Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, negotiate bold commercial agreements, and unlock new growth opportunities across retail channels. Performance & data — Track sell-in, sell-out, market share and category KPIs — then turn those numbers into sharp commercial decisions. Product launch & GTM — Lead go-to-market execution with retail partners — pricing, merchandising, forecasting — across offline and e-commerce channels. Cross-functional influence — Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to align campaigns, seasonal activations and day-to-day operations. Market intelligence — Monitor competitors, anticipate market shifts and surface field insights that feed directly into Xiaomi France's category strategy. This role is built for someone who thinks like a business owner — equally energized by numbers and by relationships. What we're looking for Experience — 3–5 years in Key Account Management or Retail Sales, ideally within consumer electronics. Hands-on experience managing major French retail accounts. Market knowledge — Strong command of the French retail and distribution landscape — you know the players, the dynamics, and how to move within them. Analytical mindset — Comfortable with data — Microsoft Office & AI. You can build a business case as clearly as you can present one. Negotiation & influence — Confident communicator with real negotiation experience. You manage complex stakeholders without losing momentum. Languages — Fluent in French and English.
