We are looking for an intern to take on a strategic Chief of Staff / Right Hand to the VP Sales role, with high business and cross-functional exposure, at the heart of the brand’s commercial development. Here are the exciting things you will get to do: 1. Sales Team Organization & Coordination • Prepare team meetings (agenda, presentations), • Track and follow up on weekly action plans, • Identify and help resolve internal blockers, • Centralize key information across teams (SS&A, sales, marketing, trade, operations) to ensure smooth execution 2. Communication & Visibility • Draft and structure internal communications for the Sales function, • Create clear and impactful support materials (slides, decks, narrative reporting), • Formalize best practices and FAQs for new joiners 3. Cross-Functional Projects & High-Impact Initiatives • Monitor and optimize shared tools and documents, • Contribute to special projects assigned by Sales leadership: product launches, retailer tests, joint initiatives with Marketing, • Proactively suggest improvements to sales processes and collaboration with other departments, • Conduct regular competitive and category monitoring What You'll Bring: • Final year student at a business school, communications school, IEP, or university, with a specialization in business development or project management, • Strong business acumen and appetite for commercial topics, • Solid analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills, • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; ideally familiar with Power BI, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders, • Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable in demanding environments, • Fluent in English is essential What this internship offers: • Direct exposure to the commercial strategy of a fast-growing brand, • The opportunity to work in an agile yet structured environment Our Culture: At SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.
