CGN Europe Energy is specialized in the development, investment, construction, operation, and maintenance of wind power, solar energy, and other renewable energy projects, with assets spread across France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Senegal. To date, its total investment in Europe and Africa has exceeded 3 billion euros ($3.3 billion), while its total installed capacity now stands at 2.4 GW. Expected starting date: 01/09/2026 Duration of the internship: 6 months 1. Administration support • Translate and proofread documents in French and English; Chinese would be considered an additional asset, • Support the organization and coordination of internal events and administrative activities, • Assist with supplier communication, follow-up and administrative coordination, • Support the preparation and organization of internal meetings, including consolidating, formatting and translating meeting materials, • Provide day-to-day assistance across other activities within the Administration Department 1. Communication support • Support internal communication activities and help prepare communication materials in French and English, • Assist in drafting, formatting and proofreading announcements, presentations, internal messages and other communication materials, • Help coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and external partners in a clear and professional manner 1. Optional IT-related support • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows or commonly used business applications would be appreciated, • Ability to contribute to simple IT-related documentation, user guidance or support materials would be a plus Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in Administration, Communication, Languages, Business Management or a related field. Strong proficiency in French and English is required; Chinese would be considered an additional asset. Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset. Well-organized, reliable, open-minded and flexible, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners and suppliers in a multicultural environment. Technical skills: Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as common communication and collaboration tools. Basic IT knowledge or user support experience would be appreciated as an asset, but is not mandatory. Language: Fluent English and French are mandatory. Chinese fluent is nice to have.
