Overview: Veronica Beard is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Finance & Operations Manager to support the financial and operational infrastructure of our growing European business. This role will work closely with the U.S. Finance team, external accounting partners, and logistics providers to ensure smooth financial operations, inventory visibility, and order fulfillment across our EU markets. The ideal candidate is analytical, operationally minded, and comfortable working cross-functionally between finance, logistics, and commercial teams in a fast-paced global retail environment. Responsibilities: Logistics & Warehousing • Manage and maintain sales order processing within the ERP system, including reviewing, updating, and releasing orders for fulfillment., • Prepare and distribute shipping and fulfillment reports to support operational visibility and decision-making., • Manages deliveries: optimize shipments based on client's preferences and business priorities, • Monitor inventory availability and allocation to ensure accurate order fulfillment and efficient stock utilization., • Optimize ST in season by reviewing inventory in the warehouses and recommending stock movement, • Manage off price, optimize sales of aged stock, • Serve as a key point of contact between 3PL partners, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics and resolve operational issues., • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure accurate preparation and submission of shipping and customs documentation when required., • Track shipments and proactively manage delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfillment and customer satisfaction., • Manage and optimize sample stock movement Finance & Accounting • Support the preparation of EU regional budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis in coordination with HQ Finance, • Support pricing, margin, and wholesale profitability analysis for EU markets, • Assist with intercompany transactions, recharges, and eliminations between EU entities and the US parent., • Support statutory reporting and local compliance requirements in coordination with external accountants., • Monitor and reconcile cash, deposits and inventory transfers across stores, warehouses, and systems., • Assist HQ finance with the financial setup of new EU entities or store openings, including banking, reporting structures, and operational processes. Qualifications: • 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or supply chain within retail, apparel, or consumer goods., • Strong analytical skills with experience supporting financial reporting, reconciliations, and operational analysis., • Familiarity with ERP systems and multi-currency preferred., • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with finance, logistics, and internal teams., • Advanced Excel skills preferred.
