We are currently seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager who will play an important role in driving revenue growth by building and managing relationships with key channel partners. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, ensuring that our channel partners are equipped with the necessary resources, and driving sales through effective collaboration. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to align channel sales strategies with the company’s objectives. Reporting Line: this position reports to the Business Lead / Channel Sales Team Manager Key Responsibilities: • Develop and Implement Channel Sales Strategies: design and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall sales objectives, ensuring robust market coverage., • Partner Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to drive sales growth and expand market share., • Partner Enablement: collaborate with channel partners to develop joint sales initiatives, ensuring they are equipped with the resources, training, and tools needed to effectively promote our solutions., • Channel Expansion: identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners to expand the company’s market reach., • Sales Planning & Leadership: lead and execute the sales planning process with key stakeholders across the channel network, setting revenue goals and managing execution with clear performance metrics., • Performance Monitoring: continuously monitor partner performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing corrective measures as necessary., • Cross-functional Collaboration: serve as the main point of contact for channel partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and technical support., • Market Analysis: stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to inform and adapt channel sales strategies as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field., • Experience: minimum of 5 years in channel sales management, preferably in the IoT, smart retail, or point-of-sale industries, with a proven record of success in driving revenue growth through partnerships. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. o Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage channel teams. o Proven negotiation and influence skills, capable of working with decision-makers at all levels. o Highly organized with superior project management abilities. o Results-oriented with a proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
