Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership to set and execute the sales and regional growth strategy, ensuring all sales targets are met in time., • Day to day management of Sales and CRM teams and implement the growth regional strategy., • Provide guidance, instructions, and oversight for the successful implementation of sales plans. Business Development: • Identify, nurture, and convert large, complex deals throughout the sales cycle., • Acquire new deals and engagements in alignment with company solutions., • Foster cross-team collaboration to develop new opportunities with international clients. Market Analysis and Strategy: • Stay informed about emerging market trends, pricing, and government strategic, budgetary and other relevant actions affecting our solutions in the assigned vertical., • Evaluate market conditions and competitor data to position the company as the preferred choice for the public sector, • Research target markets, identifying key decision-makers to build relationships for business growth in the public sector. Sales Execution: • Initiate and develop sales opportunities across Western European region, meeting business and personal sales targets., • Drive timely and accurate sales activities, ensuring optimal deal execution, project management, and client satisfaction., • Present compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing the company as the preferred option for strategic business alignment. Networking and Industry Presence: • Propose and participate in key conferences and trade shows to develop new business and strengthen industry presence., • Act as a product advocate and represent the company at various networking events. Internal Collaboration: • Gather, analyze, and update prospect information, providing internal reports to management and relevant teams., • Plan internal resources to support information collation and liaise with departments for accurate and up-to-date information., • Collaborate with business development, operations, and finance teams, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project delivery. Additional Accountabilities: • Demonstrate strong sales, business development, technical, project management, and organizational skills., • Adapt effectively in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment., • Willingness to travel as the position entails an obligation to travel. Essential Experience: • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales: Seasoned professional with a decade or more of experience in business development and/or direct sales., • In-depth understanding of one or several areas including but not limited to: software, process automation, technology enabled process optimisation, outsourcing business models and related technology elements., • Demonstrable experience in selling services and solutions based on a consultative sales process in both Public and Private Sectors., • Evidence of ongoing sales development, consistently generating new pipelines and effectively managing relationships at all stages of the sales cycle., • Seasoned background with specialized knowledge in various industry sectors., • Strong understanding of IT architectures, workflows and processes and relevant pain points and needs of public institutions, • Expertise around public and private procurement processes, buying entities and agencies and similar structural matters to enable revenue growth, • Strong ability to communicate and present effectively, ensuring clear understanding of complex solutions., • Proven track record in building internal and external relationships that contribute to business success., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, including the recognition and adjustment of priorities as needed., • Proven success in delivering deals ranging from €1-5 million ACV or higher, showcasing a strategic approach to sales., • Fluency in English, in addition to local language in mandatory
