About Us We are an exhibition management company involved in organizing dynamic and engaging events across various industries. We work closely with exhibitors, partners, and delegates to deliver professional and well-executed exhibitions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented freelance administrative professional to support our team with day-to-day operations and marketing-related tasks. Key Responsibilities The candidate will support the team across administrative, marketing, and digital tasks, including but not limited to: • Data collection, data organization, and accurate data entry, • Managing and updating content on company websites and event mobile apps, • Assisting with brochure, catalogue, and marketing material creation, • Proofreading marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity, • Preparing and sending marketing emails and communications, • Supporting internal documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office tools, • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately, • Bilingual in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus, • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, • Comfortable working with websites, content management systems, and mobile apps (training provided where needed), • Good organizational and time-management skills, • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team, • Enthusiastic and open to learning about the exhibitions and events industry, • This is a CDD Role for 6 Months, with the option to renew, • Primarily office-based, • Exposure to the exciting exhibitions and events industry, and the exciting opportunity to travel internationally, • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience across administration, marketing, and digital platforms, • Work with a collaborative and professional team, • Potential for ongoing opportunities on future events
