We are seeking an immediately available, highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to support a broad range of B2B and B2C activities. This role requires a commercially minded legal professional with strong expertise in contract negotiation and drafting, particularly across procurement/supply chain and sales arrangements. The successful candidate will also play a key role in ensuring robust legal compliance across the organisation, including competition law, anti-corruption frameworks (including Sapin II), conflict of interest management, and whistleblowing processes, while providing general corporate legal support. Key Responsibilities Commercial Contracts & Advisory • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including:, • Procurement and supplier contracts, • Supply chain and logistics agreements, • Sales, distribution, and partnership agreements (B2B and B2B2C), • Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders, • Support complex commercial negotiations and strategic transactions Legal Compliance & Risk Management • Advise on and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including:, • Competition/antitrust law, • Anti-corruption frameworks (including Sapin II), • Conflict of interest policies, • Whistleblowing systems and procedures, • Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and training, • Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across business operations Stakeholder Engagement • Partner closely with procurement, sales, compliance, and senior leadership teams, • Act as a trusted legal advisor across multiple business functions, • Manage external counsel where necessary Candidate Profile Experience & Qualifications • Qualified lawyer with 10–15 years PQE, • Fluent in French and English, • Strong private practice training (top-tier or well-regarded law firm preferred), • In-house experience within a commercial, international environment is highly desirable, • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills across a wide range of commercial contracts, • Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and sales legal frameworks, • Demonstrated expertise in:, • Competition/antitrust law, • Anti-corruption regulations (including Sapin II), • Compliance programme implementation, • Solid understanding of corporate law and governance If you have the skills and would like to discuss the opportunity in more detail, please kindly share your CV with Sarah -
