Sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers Greet all guests making sure they have signed into the building. Ensure sufficient office and stationery consumables are available, stock take the stationery on a monthly basis, making out an appropriate order for the Home Administrator to authorise for processing Receive all incoming faxes ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate department / person whilst observing the need for confidentiality Photocopying, faxing / scanning as and when required, while ensuring economic use of all resources To be successful: You must have previous admin experience Must be willing to provide professional references for the past 3 years
