Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Empathy and active listening skills essential for building trust with clients. Knowledge of local social services, legal frameworks, and community resources. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Resilience and adaptability when managing challenging situations or high caseloads.
