With multiple locations across London, including Westfield Stratford, Ealing Broadway, Bromley South, and Wembley Park, REMOLI is committed to delivering exceptional pasta dishes with love and care. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at REMOLI in Westfield Stratford. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Tasks include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing creative ideas for menu development. The Sous Chef will work closely with the culinary team to deliver exquisite pasta dishes and uphold REMOLI's culinary standards. Qualifications Proficiency in pasta preparation, cooking, and presentation Experience in Italian cuisine and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Creative culinary skills and attention to detail Prior experience as a Sous Chef or similar role Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

A Sous Chef reports directly to the Head Chef. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including: Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks Cooking and preparing high quality dishes Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes Supervising all kitchen stations Supervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels Being responsible for health and safety Being responsible for food hygiene practices  Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created Assisting with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines To land a job as a Sous Chef you will need: Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award Minimum 2 years relevant experience Awareness of manual handling techniques Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety  Experience of kitchen equipment Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives Competent level of English spoken and written

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who is ready to work in a fast paced kitchen as part of our team. We make all our recipes from scratch using fresh ingredients and are looking for a chef who will help maintain our standards. Responsibilities include learning and mastering both the grill and sides sections, prepping ingredients, sauces and garnishes daily, thoroughly cleaning down at the end of service and most importantly, enjoying the free food with every shift.

Job Ad: Pizza Chef We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in making fresh dough, preparing and cooking pizzas, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene. Experience with wood-fired oven is a must. Creativity in developing new recipes and menu specials is highly valued. Responsibilities include dough preparation, topping management, baking, and ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen.
