Role Accountabilities Exceptional care is at the heart of everything we do at Medivet. In this role you will: * Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team. * Consistently deliver exceptional care to your clients. * Support with surgeries and procedures completing all pre and post procedure activity. * Lead manage and promote nurse led appointments and Schedule 3 surgeries. * Deliver patient monitoring and care. * Manage admissions and discharges as directed by the Veterinary team. * Complete patient transfers to out of hours or enhanced care. * Dispense and check medication. * Deliver professional excellence implementing and complying with all regulatory practice and operational standards. * Inspire your team sharing new or evolving practice standards and changes to processes. * Engage coach and develop your team. * Pro-actively support and share clinical best practice across practices and the wider Medivet community. Your Skills and Experience * RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse. * Experience of delivering exceptional patient and client care. * Able to confidently lead a clinical team. * Experience of implementing a progressive clinical culture through nurse clinics and nurse consultations. * Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.
