    Sarah Baker Perfumes is an independent London fragrance house specialising in small batch, hand finished perfumes and luxury packaging. All products are assembled in house with a strong emphasis on precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. We are seeking a full time Production Assistant to join our studio team, with a clear pathway to progress into a Production Lead role as the company grows. This is a focused, hands on production role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a consistent work ethic. Key Responsibilities • Filling perfume bottles accurately and carefully, • Applying labels and tamper seals to a high standard, • Cutting and fitting sprayer straws to correct length, • Assembling boxes, sleeves, and inserts, • Packing retail and wholesale orders, • Conducting quality control checks, • Maintaining organised workstations and stock areas, • Supporting structured daily production targets Working Style and Expectations This is a small, professional studio environment with a strong focus on productivity and quality. The role requires sustained concentration and consistent output throughout the working day. We are looking for someone who is dependable, present, and able to maintain focus on hands on tasks. This is not a casual or drop in role, and it does not suit candidates seeking a highly social or flexible studio atmosphere. Ideal Candidate • Highly reliable with strong attendance and punctuality, • Detail oriented and methodical, • Calm, focused, and efficient, • Comfortable with repetitive, precise manual work, • Able to work independently and follow structured processes, • Professional and respectful in a shared studio environment Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packing, or studio operations is highly desirable but not essential. Growth Opportunity There is a clear progression pathway for the right candidate to become a Production Lead, overseeing workflow, production standards, and studio organisation as the company scales. We are particularly interested in candidates who are looking for long term stability and growth within a small but expanding company. Employment Terms • Full time PAYE employment, • £28,000 per year, • 5 days per week, on site in Bethnal Green, • 3 month probation period, • During probation, employment may be terminated at short notice if the role is not a suitable fit, • After successful probation, standard notice terms will apply Location Bethnal Green, London On site only. This is a physical production role and cannot be performed remotely.
