We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists and company records (physical and digital)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, mail)
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain filing systems
  • Book travel arrangements for staff when required
  • Provide general support to visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, etc.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
