DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES o To ensure that all products conform to internal quality standards. o To quality check orders at setup stage on the machines. o To package and label products as per company packaging policy. o Dispatch - To operate dispatch systems, ensure all orders are dispatched on time, and workflow is managed in such a manner, by which the dispatch team can finish on time at the end of the day. o To operate automatic shrink wrap machinery. o To second check orders that are ready to be dispatched. To also ensure products are packaged appropriately & dispatched correctly, securely. o To assist in production scheduling. o To operate print machinery. o To cover for colleagues and carry out other general warehouse duties. o To ensure that products which leave the site for delivery to a customer are: of the highest quality; conform to company standards. o To meet productivity targets. o Time management and daily activity planning. o To maintain accurate and up to date non conformity records.
