Assist with credit checks and new-customer account setup in coordination with finance. Qualifications & experience 1+ years’ experience in internal sales or inside sales, ideally within construction equipment, access platforms, industrial machinery, or automotive/parts distribution. Experience working with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel) for order processing and reporting. Technical aptitude and ability to understand basic machine specifications and attachments. Strong written and verbal English; other EU languages a plus. Skills & attributes Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner.
