    Crystelle Languages is expanding its network of exceptional language tutors and is looking for experienced, highly qualified specialists to join our growing online tutoring network. We are currently recruiting tutors in: 🇯🇵 Japanese 🇰🇷 Korean 🇸🇦 Arabic 🇷🇺 Russian 🇬🇷 Greek 🇷🇴 Romanian 🇬🇧 English as a Foreign Language (EFL) We are particularly interested in tutors with strong academic backgrounds and experience teaching children, teenagers and/or adults. Experience preparing students for examinations or recognised language qualifications is highly valued. We are looking for tutors who are: • Highly qualified and experienced language educators, • Native or near-native speakers, • Excellent communicators, • Professional, reliable and engaging, • Comfortable teaching online, • Able to tailor lessons to individual learners and goals About Crystelle Languages Crystelle Languages provides personalised online language tuition with carefully selected specialist educators. Experience and skills • Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is desirable., • Knowledge of special education strategies or experience supporting people with disabilities is advantageous., • Clear and effective communication skills., • Experience tutoring or mentoring children across different age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers., • Familiarity with classroom management and inclusive teaching practices., • A genuine interest in early childhood development and a commitment to helping young learners thrive.

Key Responsibilities • Assist in implementing customised educational programmes tailored to child's developmental requirements., • Support children with special educational needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment., • Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development., • Provide tutoring and mentoring to enhance learning outcomes and build confidence., • Collaborate closely with parents and other professionals to monitor progress and adapt strategies accordingly., • Support behavioural management strategies to ensure a safe and positive environment., • Encourage communication skills through interactive play, storytelling, and conversational engagement., • Assist with daily routines such as meal times, rest periods, and outdoor activities. Experience • Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is essential., • Background in education or related fields will be considered an advantage., • Proven ability to communicate effectively with children and adults alike., • Experience in tutoring or mentoring children to support their academic and personal development is beneficial., • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and organisational skills to manage diverse needs within a private family environment. Requirements We're looking for someone who: • Holds a Bachelor's degree or above (Master's degree preferred)., • Is fluent in both English and Chinese., • Has excellent spoken and written English., • Has previous experience working with children, education, tutoring, or family support., • Is patient, responsible, proactive, and highly organised., • Has a genuine passion for children's education and development., • Is familiar with the UK education system and London schools (preferred)., • Parents or candidates with personal parenting experience are welcome but this is not essential.
