Monitor machining operations and regulate processes by adjusting machine parameters and controls as required.? Observe machine performance to detect abnormalities such as tool wear, vibration, or equipment malfunction.? Replace cutting tools, adjust tool offsets, and reposition workpieces as required throughout the machining process.? Perform layout, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges. Report any discrepancies to the supervisor.? Adjust feed rates, speeds, and tooling when necessary to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy.? Ensure complete and accurate documentation and traceability of all work performed in accordance with aerospace and regulatory requirements (e.g., EASA and FAA standards where applicable).?
