Key Responsibilities • Managing escalated support issues and complex troubleshooting, • Monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime, • Communicating with clients via phone, Zoho Desk, and email, • Occasional ad-hoc site visits, • Improving internal processes and documentation, • Collaborating with suppliers and technology partners, • Delivering infrastructure projects, • Configuring new services and implementing system changes Technologies You’ll Work With • Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), • Security platforms, • Microsoft Exchange, • Microsoft 365, • Firewalls, • Managed switches, • SIP / VoIP phone systems, • Networking protocols, • CCTV installations About You • Proven experience in IT infrastructure and supporting diverse platforms, • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach, • Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Full UK driving licence (essential), • 4+ years in a technical support or infrastructure role (preferred) What We Offer • Competitive salary (£26,000–£32,000 depending on experience), • Company pension, • Work-from-home flexibility, • Monday–Friday schedule (8-hour shift), • Overtime available as required
