The Credit Analyst will play a central role in designing and operating disciplined underwriting processes, maintaining robust credit policies, and supporting the responsible scaling of Winyield’s lending activities. The role requires a strong understanding of UK consumer credit standards alongside experience assessing small business and SME credit risk. The Credit Analyst will work closely with senior management, operations, product, and technology teams to ensure credit decisions are consistent, well-documented, and embedded into scalable systems and controls.
