Apprenticeship Summary Training and Qualification • Apprentices will gain practical experience in the salon while attending weekly off-the-job training sessions at London South East Colleges (LSEC), Plumstead Campus. Career Progression • After completing the Level 2 Hairdressing Professional apprenticeship, opportunities include progressing to a Level 3 Hairdressing Advanced Apprenticeship or roles such as Junior Stylist, Salon Assistant, or Hairdresser. Further experience may lead to positions like Senior Stylist, Salon Supervisor/Manager, or Specialist Roles such as colourist or stylist trainer. Some may choose to start their own salon business or specialise in creative hair services.
